I couldn't be happier with the service Andrew Kelly & Associates provided. The sale of my house was seamless from start to finish. With Sam Lord starting the journey off with his valuation of the property, his professional and customer focused approach was fantastic highlighting honest feedback on what the company could achieve for both vendor and buyer. His openess to being available on the phone if I was not getting the necessary service from his staff was also very reassuring. I did ring him once after the valuation and this was only to praise his company and the fantastic staff he has working at AK. Suzanne dealt with my sale and I cannot fault the communication, knowledge and general help that she provided. Although I'd like to highlight Gill and Beth for their work supporting the sale, Suzanne was stand out in delivering what Sam had promised on his valuation. A huge credit to the company keeping me informed every step of the way, chasing where necessary all other parties involved. From start to finish Andrew Kelly were superb in selling my fathers property for us.
I first met Sam who valued the house and also explained everything very well which made me choose to go with Andrew Kelly.
The photographs were of an excellent standard and the advert looked great which i approved and was then live a day later.
i was very impressed with the amount of viewings (18 on day one) that were booked in for the first few days and i accepted a very good offer on the first day of viewings.
Ann was lovely and rang me every Friday with an update, the process from accepting the offer to the handing the keys over was very smooth despite other solicitors taking time and also having to wait for probate.
i would also highly recommend the solicitors andrew kelly advised me to use as they were also excellent.
I would defiantly use andrew kelly again if i was to sell in the future.

Great experience selling with Andrew Kelly. Personal thnakyou for Anne and Carol. They made a difficult long sale easier as and where they could. Carol helped sort out a do or die type situation regarding my sale and I think without her input the sale likely would have fallen through.
