We choose to run our business in association with Openwork. Openwork are a distribution company who represent a significant market share of all intermediated mortgages. Through their size they have negotiated special arrangements with lenders. Not only do they have some exclusive rates available from some of the best known high street mortgage lenders, but many of them have put in place special service arrangements due to the volumes that Openwork provide them. Sometimes it can be as important to get to completion quickly and our service arrangements can help you with this.

We will plan to contact you throughout the term of your mortgage to help you take advantage of the changing market and continually find you a competitive rate for your mortgage. Over and above this, your adviser will build a changing picture of your financial plans as your life changes. A fee of £500 or 2% of the mortgage amount, whichever is greater is payable at outset or added to the mortgage. Typically this will be £500.
